Our services

Each service ends in a document or record your project can submit, pay against or build from.

  1. 01RAP preparation and updating

    We review the existing plan and the project boundary, run the surveys, and write the plan with its schedule and budget.

    You receive

    A resettlement action plan ready to submit to the provincial committee and to lenders.

  2. 02Detailed property and asset survey

    We measure and photograph every affected plot, building, tree and crop with the owner present.

    You receive

    A loss of assets register signed by each owner and the village authority.

  3. 03Socio-economic survey

    We interview every affected household about its members, occupations, income and expenditure.

    You receive

    A PAP database and the baseline that incomes are later measured against.

  4. 04Compensation valuation

    We apply the approved unit rates at replacement cost and consult each owner on the result.

    A compensation agreement for each household and a payment schedule.

  5. 05Livelihood restoration plan

    We survey what households want to do, test it against land, markets and skills, and cost it.

    You receive

    A livelihood restoration plan with programmes, targets, indicators and budget.

  6. 06Community development programme

    We plan the village organisation, services and social support for the new site.

    You receive

    A community development programme with activities for each year.

  7. 07Resettlement site planning

    We assess candidate sites with the households and the host community, and prepare the layout.

    You receive

    A site selection report, village layout and infrastructure list for approval.

  8. 08PAP consultation

    We organise and record meetings at province, district and village level, with separate sessions for women and ethnic groups.

    You receive

    Minutes, attendance lists and a record of how each concern was answered.

  9. 09Grievance mechanism

    We set up the steps, time limits and register, and train the village and district committees who run it.

    You receive

    A working grievance mechanism and regular grievance reports.
